Mission of the EHT Youth Department
The Mission of Emanuel Healing Temple's Youth Department is to encourage all youth to develop a closer relationship with Christ. We aim to revitalize the passion for Christ in todays youth by providing interactive workshops, services, and community events that will uplift Jesus Christ. We aim to spread the good news of Jesus to everyone and encourage youth to get proactive in their Christian walk through prayer, fellowship, reading the bible, and fasting.

​​Welcome
Min. Christopher Kirkwood has been serving as the Youth Pastor since 2012! Min. Kirkwood is married to Min. Ashley Kirkwood, they are a young couple on fire for the Lord. Both are recent graduates of the University of Illinois! Min. Christopher Kirkwood has a plan to revitalize the thirst for Christ in today’s youth! He will be implementing dynamic workshops, events, and services geared towards the youth of today! He has had a zeal for Christ since his youth and was filled with the Holy Ghost at the young age of nine! Min. Kirkwood knows the struggles and benefits of living for Christ at a young age! He along with his wife and dedicated youth cabinet plan to take Chicago by storm! Join us for youth service every third Friday of the month at Emanuel Healing Temple!
Our Youth Pastor also serves as the choir director and he can sing as well!
